2. Services

  • We specialize in residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repair, installation, and maintenance.
  • All work is performed by trained, licensed, and insured technicians.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

  • Appointments can be scheduled online via our ServiceTitan booking tool or by phone.
  • Availability is subject to technician scheduling and regional service capacity.
  • Emergency Service: Provided 24/7 as availability allows.
  • Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid potential rescheduling delays.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All estimates provided during booking are subject to change following on-site inspection.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise specified in writing.

Secure Online Payments

  • Online payments are processed exclusively through ServiceTitan, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor.
  • Pike Home Services does not store, transmit, or access your card details.
  • All transactions are encrypted and processed over SSL connections.
  • You may review ServiceTitan’s security statement at
    servicetitan.com/legal/security.
  • If external financing is used through a third-party lender, your transaction is governed by that lender’s separate terms and privacy policy.

5. Refunds & Disputes

Refunds may be offered at Pike’s discretion if services were not completed as described. Customers should contact our office within 7 days of service completion to request a review. We will evaluate each request promptly and may issue a refund, partial refund, or service credit.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, Pike will make reasonable efforts to resolve your concerns and ensure the job meets professional standards.

7. Workmanship Warranty

  • All workmanship performed by Pike Home Services is covered under a one-year limited warranty for repairs and a two-year limited warranty for replacements, subject to change.
  • Warranty coverage applies to labor only and does not extend to equipment failure caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party installation.

8. Promotions & Offers

Coupons, promotional discounts, or seasonal offers are valid only during their published timeframes and may not be combined unless otherwise stated.

9. Marketing & Communications

By submitting a form, scheduling service, or making payment, you consent to receive transactional emails, appointment reminders, and service notifications by text or email. Standard carrier rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying “STOP” to text messages or clicking “Unsubscribe” in emails.

10. Intellectual Property

All site content, logos, photographs, and copy are the property of Pike Home Services and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Pike Home Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system failures or misuse of our services, except where required by law.

12. Updates

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our site or services after any update constitutes acceptance.
